Security & Identity Regional Scorecard

This scorecard was developed with a focus on providing the field with a view of the business health. Some features of this scorecards is the ability for the field to specifically pinpoint the health of the business based on the regions they are in. Other than the basic KPI indicators, this scorecard also features trending and business analysis based on opportunities and closed sales.

Windows Client Partner Scorecard

This scorecard was developed to track and monitor partner activities as it relates to the Windows 7 Partner Program. The scorecard represents metrics identified by the BG as key performance indicators and see how they relate to marketing funds allocated to the program at the start of the company's fiscal year. The scorecard helps the BG determine how to move forward with the partner program for the following fiscal year.

Windows 7 Application Compatibility Dashboard

This dashboard was designed to help track and monitor the progress in the Application Compatibility Initiative for Window 7. It was important for the Windows 7 team to get a heads up on compatibility issues before the launch of Windows 7 to the public and minimize the incompatibilites as experienced during the Windows Vista launch. The team still continues to track application compatibility even though the product had launched to ensure that newly developed applications work without issues.

Internet Worker (IW) Partner Scorecard

This scorecard was developed to provide insight on partner activities based on the lifecycle process. Each scorecard represent one of the 5 stages: Recruit, Ready, Enable, Activate, and Revenue. Each stage has its own specific KPI to clearly indicate the health of the IW business and its partner program.
